In this moment we make an intimate connection with our body, its structures, what moves it and how flexible its boundaries can be from inside to out. Breath and body travel from stillness to activity. With slow and rapid movements, the chemistry of our behaviour changes. We operate at a cellular level. Daily life is our meditation.
